This show of crafts made in Paris, down a flight of stairs in an obscure street of the little-visited 13th, was scheduled for the Christmas season only. Word of mouth let it last until July.

  • In five or six specialized boutiques, which usually show the same imported wares. Those Parisians cannot bear the mark-up on goods that have no recognized label.
