OUTDOOR ENDING

FOR ADULTS, THE HIDDEN GARDENS OF PALAIS-ROYAL.
FOR CHILDREN, THE TUILERIES GARDENS...

Géricault's grave if you go on to the little forest next to the Père Lachaise cemetery...

An outline of The Raft of the Medusa is engraved at the statue's base. The artist died when he was only 34 and his students financed the sculpture.

The Père Lachaise* cemetery is meditative, not sad. The d
ramatic heights, vegetation, flowered graves, tombs of famous people and storytelling sculptures call out to young imaginations.

*Named after Louis XIV's confessor, who lived on its hill.
