Nobles settle near the boulevards. The Revolution and that of 1830 bring a new elite that joins them: From the 1830's to World War I, they become the epicenter of restaurants, cafés, luxury, style and culture.

That presence leads to production south of the boulevards, which brings the garment center, "Le Sentier."
